14 weeks teething pain

I’m pretty sure my baby is starting to show early signs of teething and just seems so uncomfortable:( he’s 14 weeks. Drooling like crazy licking lips like crazy and wants to chew on everything and is also really fussy. Anyone else’s baby? If so what are you doing to help with pain?
