Can you use a sibling dna test to establish paternity during pregnancy?

I know it’s possible to establish paternity using a sibling dna test to see if the siblings are full or half siblings. But my question is , can this be used during pregnancy? Or is the only way to do a prenatal dna test with a sample of the fathers dna ?
