I've been kinda crampy today, also TMI a little constipated so I thought it was that. Just went to the restroom and had blood about the size of a dime in the toilet and red tinged on the paper... I've been off BC since November ... any ideas? Just break through bleeding? I have been on BC for 12 years so not really familiar with my body or sure what to expect ... thank you
