Time to get motivated!

Yesterday I decided it's time to get serious about getting to my goal weight. My husband and I have been TTC for 6 months now and my doctor said losing some weight will help. Currently im 250lbs and my goal weight is 180lbs. I've decided to change my strategy to focusing on my weight loss week to week. If I can lose 1-2lbs per week that's great! I've always put to much pressure on myself to lose weight quickly and by the second week I give up. My overall goal is to lose 10lbs by the end of February. I do struggle with keeping my motivation going strong and I do give in to my cravings for junk food. If I want to have children I need to be strong and fight thru the cravings. Today will be my first day back to the gym in over a year and I'm a little nervous. I need recommendations for good workout routines to help keep me motivated everyday.
