Hey guys! I need some help!

I’ve recently gone to the DR’s and unfortunately been told I have borderline high blood pressure! & high cholesterol! She put me on a birth control to help with some things, that are caused from high blood pressure and cholesterol.

I’ve been doing some working out and I’ve completely changed my eating habits! I’ve lost almost 15lbs in a month and a half! (I thought that would be unhealthy, but I guess not!)

I’m having troubles though getting passed the 13lb lost mark! I just can’t seem to push through any work outs. I’m losing motivation although I want to do this for my health and as well for my boyfriend (my own free will, just want to be a nice piece of arm candy for him)

I can’t seem to figure out at good workouts for losing those little back fat rolls! I just need help over all! Hahaha! Also working full time and having to drive an hour to work and home leaves me with little energy and little time! Somebody got any advice!?
