one blocked tube & clomid

Hello all,

After TTC for a year, my OB did a hysteropingogram to see if both my fallopian tubes were working. This revealed that my right one is in fact blocked. This was right before Christmas. We finally had a follow up yesterday and she officially diagnosed us with tubal factor infertility. We are starting clomid on my next cycle (in 4 days).

Has anyone had success with clomid with tubal factor infertility? Don't want to get my hopes too high but can't help being a little excited.
