Wet or dry before aunt flow

Just wondering, trying to be patient and regulate my period without meds again. Came off the pill in October waited 80 days no aunt flow, took provera and had a period but now it’s been 60 days since my last one, negative pregnancy test as of 9 days ago. Feeling weird sensations down there not really cramps but definitely aware something is going on, may be aunt flow cramps I have never really had them. Also may be TMI but my panties are sooo wet, like I keep thinking maybe I started but it’s just creamy and watery
