Confused.

So me and my SO decided we are going to ttc last month. It didn't happen last month, and then while on my period this month I got really sharp pain and went to ER to find out I have bacterial vaginosis (BV) which means for 7 days I will take antibiotics then really not be able to have sex after the antibiotics are done for another 7-10 days meaning we will not be able to try this month. Should I take that as a sign that we shouldn't be trying right now in our lives? I truly believe in signs and that everything happens for a reason. What do you guys think? Just an unlucky month or should we maybe hold off?
