Cramping , tired

I am cramping 1DPO . I was also cramping during ovulation . I am super tired , frequent urination . I had sex on the 12th & 13th ... anyone else experience anything similar . It’s obviously to early to say its implantation cramping . I have no more ovulation discharge , I also took another ovulation test and it was negative ... I am not due for my period for 12 days . anyone have any advice or insight ... maybe
