Could I be PREGNANT!!!

So on Saturday I was just laying in bed on my back, with my hand aimlessly on my belly, then it happened! I felt something moving😵 I thought I was imagining things. I put my hand again on my belly just below my navel n there it was something moving...it felt wavy and like omg man I’ve been having these movements and feeling them since Saturday! I had 3 pregnancy tests n all have said negative😫 I haven’t missed any periods but I was sick all holiday. Headaches, heartburn, nausea, stuffy nose. I’m typing this post and I’m feeling the movements😫 my husband and I really want some 👶🏽 👶🏽
