What could be wrong?

I have a question for you girls.

For about a week or 2 when having sex, it's not very comfortable at all. It's like he hits a nerve almost. That's the best way I can explain it but it hurts so damn bad. My boobs have been hurting also. My nipples feel like they are cracked open but their not. They are feeling better!!

I have had some cramping for about a week now also. I'm not supposed to start for another 19 days so I don't think I could be pregnant. I just don't know what's going on. I want to do it with my husband but it's starting to hurt more then feeling good.

Yesterday I had very bad cramps and started spotting brown blood with clots last night into today it's red just like a period but not heavy. It's really only when I wipe and maybe enough for a pantie liner. My lower stomach is hurting so bad. I feel like I'm going to get sick.

What could it be? Help?
