What does it mean when your levels are high ?

I’m going to be 33 Weeks tomorrow and yesterday I went for my check up and they drew blood because i was itching in my palms of my Hands and feet a lot for 4 days now . The doctor told to come in to make sure i didn’t have ICP , Will today I get a call that they want me to come in Thursday morning to motor me and the baby because my levels are high . Does anyone know what is that due to ? I never have had any complications with my other pregnancies.
