I am 10 weeks, multiple U/S so I know a baby is alive and doing well in there, but I do not feel pregnant what so ever... I have to remind myself daily

My symptoms went away around 7 weeks and I only had occasional breast soreness after. I had my first ultrasound yesterday and baby was healthy with a great heartbeat.

I am 6 weeks and don’t feel anything either. I have my first appt this Friday so hopefully everything is OK.
