4+4 extreme nausea

I am 4 weeks, 4 days pregnant

I found out at 4+1

I have had nausea every evening for the last 4 nights but tonight it’s unbearable the pain is crazy I just feel so so sick, I am in bed with a hot water bottle, I can’t lay still, I can’t sleep .. this is my 3rd pregnancy and honestly never had sickness so bad, I have been crying I feel so unwell

Why is this happening so early?!

What can I do 😫 paracetamol doesn’t even touch the pain
