SAHM’s - Advice on pumping??

Evelyn

Hey there! I am a first time mom and my LO is 6 weeks old. I work from home and exclusively breastfeed. I decided it would be a good idea to start pumping to freeze/build up a supply in case I ever need to be away from baby for more than a couple of hours. I recently read that it is best to introduce a bottle to baby around 3-4 weeks of age, otherwise you run the risk of them rejecting a bottle later. I was just wondering if any other breastfeeding SAHM or working from home moms have done something similar, and if so when did you introduce the bottle? Also, how often do you feed (specifically expressed milk) from a bottle to ensure your baby will take either? Is it something you need to do regularly or ok just on occasion? Thanks for the insight!
