my son's father has been in and out of his life since he was born. he's now 11 months old. in the middle of october, he decided to come back into his life after not seeing him for 4 months. since then, he comes by once a week on saturdays and sees him for a little bit. my son still doesn't know him that well, considering the fact that he sometimes misses a week and goes 2 without seeing him. i let him go over to his dad's on christmas day and two sundays ago for awhile. he wants to keep him this weekend, but i told him i don't think he needs to yet. the law in Texas also says they dont stay overnight until they're a year old. would you send your baby with their father if you were in my situation?
