Implantation bleeding or Period?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 8 months now. This month I've been exhausted and slightly cramping after ovulating.  My period us supposed to start tomorrow but I've been spotting on and off today. The blood is very light pink and brown
Sorry for the image but I don't want to waste another pregnancy test.
Is this the start of my period?

Looks like implantation bleeding to me but wait another 3-5 days and then test.

Yes. IB isn’t very common actually. In 5 preg, I’ve never experienced it. And when it does happen, 30% of all preg women, it is usually before af is due & not the same time. If your due tom I would say you ov a day early & are starting now.

That’s clearly your period...IB is rare so don’t expect it.
