Has anyone experienced spotting/bleeding a week after their period but a week before ovulation day? I have had mild cramps and a headache accompanying this. I have normal periods and have NEVER experienced this before. I hear it can be a sign of ovulation but wasn’t sure if anyone else had a similar experience.
