3 Month- Sleep Schedule Help?

I’m trying to land on a good bedtime and wake up time for my 3-month old son. I think this will work with my schedule and I want him to get comfortable with a routine.

Our toddler has had a 6:30pm bedtime since she was 4 months old. From 4-13ish months, she'd wake up around 6:30am and then from 13 months onward, she started waking up between 7 and 8am. We had her sleeping through by 5 weeks old as well. We've had a routine in place since the day she was born.

We do 8 to 8 with our daughter and she is 9 months old, it started around 3 months old as well, with one feeding through out the night. It works well for us, but sometimes she does wake up at 7.

Our son was sleeping 9pm-11am on his own by 6 weeks old. 
As he got older, we moved his bedtime up and by 3 months he was sleeping 8pm-10am. 
If baby isn’t already sleeping that long, it will be harder. Some babies still need night feeds at 3m. 
There will be hiccups, there will be inconsistencies on babies behalf. Some babies hit a 4m, 6m, 9m, and 12m regression. Some don’t. Teething can impact sleeping habits, and so can illness. 
The biggest thing will be consistency. Consistency with nap times, bed times, and bedtime routines. Every baby will be different

3 month old is to young for a schedule. They still going to be needing breastfeeding thru the night and so on thru the day. Plus you will have sleep regressions throughout the whole first year. We started sleep training our daugther when she was around 6 months. She slept great for 2 months then back to nothing then good then back to nothing. Until she turned really 1 the sleep schedule didnt really work.
