Anxiety and panic attacks
Does anyone else feel a major rush of anxiety that makes you feel like you're going to have a panic attack early pregnancy? I feel so anxious for some reason. Super excited to have a little one in me but I feel like I've been experiencing pregnancy brain and for some reason it's giving me the worst anxiety I feel like I might have a panic attack
