Pregnant with my second, and I’m terrified after my 1st. Labored for 20 hrs only to have an emergency c section. From then pumping me with fluids while laboring I was extremely swollen afterwards. Felt like my skin was gonna burst open. I spiked a high fever after being discharged and had to go to to the Er. It took me months before I felt normal after my daughter was born. The first days of her life I can’t even remember because of all the pain meds I was on. I am Terrified if having another c section. I became anemic, caught an infection, all while recovering from a major surgery plus taking care of a newborn. The thought of me dying this time around consumes me. HELP
