Is anyone else trying to fit single bed into the nursery as well as a cot, changing table etc?

I just did this and it’s a full size bed, getting a glider and it will go by where the swing is, and the dresser/changing table is on the wall by where I took the picture

I am trying to be able to sleep in the same room as my baby

We got a 4 in 1 convertible crib and we'll set it up as a double bed (which is its 4th position) and I plan to sleep in the nursery with the baby in a playpen until he starts to sleep longer stretches. This way we can room share, hubby doesn't get too disturbed when he has to work, and when it comes time to transition to the crib he'll be used to the room already.

We will have a queen bed in our nursery as an extra guest space or if I need to sleep in the room.
