Feels like tiny bruises after stopping breastfeeding

I stopped pumping 10 days ago. I did it gradually. My breasts still feel a little sore to the touch, like tiny bruises everywhere. I don't feel any clogs though and my breasts are not engorged. Is this normal? Is it just my milk trying to dissipate or something?
