left side pains 38wks
so ever since last night around like 9 I've had such bad crampy side pains but only in my left side. it hasn't eased up at all but hasn't really gotten worse. it almost feels like I tore something but I know I didn't. My baby is moving if I touch him but I don't think these are labor pains cause my water hasn't broke and there's no contractions. I know it isn't gas either. I'm worried what is it 😭
