Could my 16 month old be ready

So my daughter will be 16 months on 1/17/19 tomorrow and for a few months I have been pointing out what she is doing in her diaper. Ex.if wet "you pee pee" if poop "stinky booty". This morning as I was going to the bathroom she followed behind me saying "mommy pee pee" me I'm like yea yea and processed to use the bathroom my self. She kept telling me "mommy pee pee" so I asked her if she peed she said "pee pee" so I checked her diaper and sure enough she was wet. I was in complete shock that she actually caught on. The other day u say her pooping (you know how baby's try to poo and hide in the corner) once she was done she came to me saying "mommy booty" and of course I could smell it so she knows. I'm just shocked that she 16 month old is semi ready to be potty trained I decided I'm going to start slow. And see how it goes but if I can have her potty trained before she turns two I will be beyond proud of myself and her.
