Had a little scare last night

I started spotting pink, it turned red, but was still really light, it turned pink again, and then completely went away. Due to my history of miscarriages, and being RH negative. We ended up in the ER and our little gummy bear is absolutely perfect. Heart rate is 171bpm and our little gummy bear was bouncing all over the place. Turns out I have a small 1cm×1cm tear in my uterine lining.
