Trying to sleep at night when pregnant?

Sleeping at night has been crappy. It’s like when I lay down I feel awful and short of breath. Is this normal? I’m 24 weeks.

I’m 33 weeks and I’ve had shortness of breath since maybe 26 weeks. Baby and uterus are both pushing up my organs and it’s hard to catch my breath. Dr says it’s normal. On top of the fact that I just started having horrible indigestion. Carpal tunnel is the worst in the world and just being uncomfortable all together. I don’t sleep lol I roll around all night. Pregnancy pillows work for most women. I try to prop my head up or I just sleep sitting up most times.

Im short of breath when I lay down sometimes and I just assume it’s baby pushing on my lungs. Whats helped me is placing a large blanket under my pillow so that i’m in an angle, it also helps a bit with reflux.

Hello. I don’t think feeling short of breath is normal. Ask your midwife or doctor about it x
