Im pregnant but am i clear !?

Question

After the past week and a half of blood tests. 
My Hcg went 
Last friday 11th -First test 20
Monday 14th- Second 48
Thursday 17th -Third 272
I have my scan on the 31st Jan .
Can i now rule out eptopic and how far along would you say this is?
Some advice wpuld be great!

I think the only way to rule out ectopic is to get a scan and they can check and make sure the pregnancy is forming in your uterus. But I could be wrong. 
I am fairly certain that your hcg levels are not necessarily pointing 100% towards or away from it. My advice is to be patient and ask for a sonogram when you are far enough for them to see baby.

From what I understand hcg levels don’t indicate ectopic pregnancy either way. However your hcg should double every 2-3 days so it looks like your levels are progressing just fine!

I actually just underwent surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. I went in for my first scan at 7 weeks and had excruciating pain. They saw nothing in my uterus and fluid in my right Fallopian tube. 
These were my numbers:
12/31 - 91
1/4 - 497
1/09 - 1444
1/11 - 2371
I had no bleeding other than internally. And only pain once a week before. They sent me straight to the hospital from my doctor appointment 😥
