I'm 12w ppd and only getting 1.5-2 oz...
Per side per session. It's so frustrating. I'm exclusively pumping every 2.5-3 hours (((days and nights))). I've tried tricks to improve, but I just can't seem to increase my supply. I really want to start freezing some so I can taper my hours back little bit. It's pretty exhausting to do it while working nearly full time.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
