Advice?

So my yearbook teacher kinda creeps me out and idk if I’m just being overdramatic or not. So basically I’ve always found him really creepy but that’s beside the point, last year I was just hanging out in class when he said that he was going to be doing tutoring for class and it was mandatory. But after a while a bunch of people ended up saying that they couldn’t go because of basketball practice, games, family stuff, etc. So it ended up just being me, I knew I didn’t want to be alone in a classroom with him so I made an excuse but after that he just kept trying to get us to stay for tutoring, but he wouldn’t even tell us what the tutoring was about. We had already finished the yearbook, so why would we need to stay? Fast forward a little bit when he REQUESTS TO FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM, I was being stupid and accepted it (it was his “teacher” account and just about everyone else in the class did as well). After a few months of having him follow me I realized that he was viewing all of my Instagram stories and liking all of my posts, I find that really creepy because he’s a 32 year old man, he should not be sitting there watching all of my stuff. So I just deleted him as a follower, the next day he requests to follow me again. I declined the request and went on with my day, the next day he requested again and it was just a cycle for a few days until I finally just accepted it. Fast forward to the first day this year, I heard him talking to a girl in my class about him taking a group of us on some Jeep trails (because he drives a Jeep). A little later on in the year he told a group of us that we could sit in the empty classroom next to his (that connects) and eat lunch in there (our school sucks and lunch starts with a 15 minute silent study hall so of course I took up the offer so I could just sit there, watch Netflix and eat). He had a class going on that period but at least 3 times during that 45 minute period he would come into the classroom every day and just talk to us (he would get the kids in his classroom to work on something then leave to come hang out with us). At the end of last semester he came in there and told a girl that was eating lunch with me to stay after the bell. So another girl stayed in there with her and he told her to leave because he needed to talk to my other friend in private. I later talked to her and found out that he had give her his personal Snapchat. Oh not to mention he also sends these very thought out emails to a girl in my class just about how amazing she is and how great she’s going to do in life. Now that I see all of this written out I know that I’m not crazy but someone tell me what to do please! He’s been super nice and let us just chill out in his class instead of doing work so I don’t want to get him in trouble. But I feel like this could potentially be bad. Sorry this was so long.
