Acne and depression, vegan newby
So I went vegan cold turkey 4 weeks ago, my digestion has been great! I try to only eat Whole Foods. Now the cons, IVE BEEN GETTING ACNE BREAKOUTS AND IVE NEVER HAD THAT BEFORE 😅 and to make it worse I’m getting depressed for no reason, I was a happy person before I went vegan but now I just feel so down and fatigued....
I do take b12 along with a vitamin d3 supplement
