Preeclampsia?!?!

Soo today was my anatomy scan and our rainbow baby checked out perfect! When mommy went to see the doctor my BP registered 140/80. I had Preeclampsia later in my first pregnancy causing my daughter to be taken by emergency C-section at 33weeks. I've been on Aspirin to try to prevent Preeclampsia. My doctor thinks I was just nervous about the anatomy scan, and doesn't think it's the start of Preeclampsia because it doesn't happen before 20 weeks. I go back Monday for her to recheck my BP and to hand in my 24hr urine sample.

Has anyone had Preeclampsia confirmed before 20 weeks? What was the doctor's game plan? How was your baby? I know all pregnancies are different, but I'm just nervous.
