Cant sleep at night
Who else struggles to sleep at night? I cant seem to fall asleep for the night before 3am. Then to get up either by 5am or 7am to feed. Then im tired n sluggish all day n usually sleep w baby on n off till 1ish. Then i leave baby w grams n go pick up child #2 from bus stop. But still struggle all evening with lethargy. Its a horrible cycle. Not to mention my body aching all day. Im all scrued up. Thank God its friday.
