Has anyone ever had to do a case study on someone for Psych? If so can you give me some guidance.

I'm in psych 201 and we have a case study paper we have to do on anyone in family friend or just a person in general. She wants us to document for 30 mins to hour each day what that person does even if it is so mundane. My question is what kind of stuff would I document?

When I took psych and did case studies I’d write about their background first like their name, age, family background and what makes them who they are today.. you can probably interview whoever you’re studying to find out about them. Then I’d watch their behavior. Watch to see how their mood changes throughout the day. If the person you’re studying is happy figure out what triggered the happiness... what triggered the sadness, or anger they show. Study patterns.. is there mood fluctuating? Something along those lines
