Ovulation peak or trigger??

I got an Ovitrelle injection 8days ago. I am 7dpo.

glow app is telling me ovulation in 2 days (doesn’t want to change the date following my injection). So I tested and the opk is positive. Is that because of the hcg in Ovitrelle or is it another ovulation?
