How to make eyeshadow vibrant
I can’t get my eyeshadows to pop and it doesn’t blend well. I’ve tried concealer then set it snd apply eyeshadow and that doesn’t work because the eyeshadow will not stick to the set concealer. I’ve also tried concealer while it’s still tacky and it doesn’t get patchy but it does make eyeshadows get darker cause if it’s a white shadow over a pale yellowish concealer it makes the eyeshadow yellowish ect! What do you use or do?
