Unexplained bleeding

So on Monday at 14 weeks, I had brown spotting during the previous week in the morning and a bit of pink on Sunday, took it really easy over the weekend and did not have sex, woke up to bloody pj bottoms and blood (bright red with mucus no clots) when I wiped.

Went to the hospital and had a bedside ultrasound, Baby was fine with heartbeat, had a pelvic and my cervix was closed and then went for a ultrasound again baby looked good abs everything was normal.ER doctor diagnosis me with unexplained bleeding. Went to my family doctor the next day, still had bleeding (told this was normal after a pelvic) and she warned me that her Doppler wasn’t very strong but she wanted to try to find the heartbeat but couldn’t. She put me on bed rest for a week (mostly to destress).

Now I am worrying that maybe something has gone wrong since then. I don’t have an OB where I live because I am seeing a specialist in the women’s hospital due to concerns re neonatal lupus.

Basically, what should I do to find out if the baby is still ok? Go back to the ER, call my doctor, see if I can go for a private ultrasound? If I had an OB I would just call them :(
