Small blood clot

So when I woke up this morning I peed a small blood clot that was the size of the tip of my fingernail. I called the nurse and they said not to worry unless I start bleeding, but I'm still scared regardless. I've had 2 MCs before this pregnancy and I'm currently 18weeks 4 days with twins.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm really nervous at the moment.
