Help please 😩😩😩😩

I moved into an apartment I woke up with these on my arm today they are itchy what do you think it could be? Bed bugs? Scabies? I’m a very clean person but I’m scared because I have a five month old too I don’t want her to get bit.

I found them next to my bed I’m super pissed. The office people won’t get anyone here till Monday so I have to pack my stuff up & go to my parents 😡
