Is this an early miscarriage?
So I tossed and turned last night with cramps in my lower back abdomen and pain in my legs. Nausea, and anxiety. I woke up early this morning and was bleeding. Lots of clots. 😔 Could this be an early miscarriage? I had 3 positives 2 days before my period was due. Lmp was dec 19th, I'm supposed to be 4w2d today. I'm praying this isn't what I think it is.
