Too many mature follicles!

So I had my monitoring ultrasound today and found out I have 10 mature follicles!! For my IUI in a few days....however there is concern for multiple pregnancies. This will be my 3rd IUI and I feel like having 10 follicles matured has to mean that there has to be a good chance at least one will be fertilized right? We talked it over with the nurse and she said as long as we are okay with selective reduction then it's our choice...I feel like I'd be okay with it in a life or death situation but then again I know it could be different if I'm actually facing the decision in real life. Has anyone known anyone who has a lot of mature follicles and got pregnant with just one or two? My husband and I really want to go through with it and hope that we at least have one fertilize but I can't ignore the risk of having too many and having to do the reduction either. Anyone have experience on this?
