Is the no suger thing only meaning food or what can I drink

I’ve been drinking Coke Zero, Coke Zero Cherry, Mellow Yellow Zero, Propel, and Milos Zero Calorie Sweet Tea. The cokes have zero calories, sugars and carbs. They’re probably not the best thing to be drinking but I can’t stand just water bc I need some flavor. I cut out all candies, fruits, and use stevia for sweetener.

Try not to do soft drinks, even Zeros. Too much aspartame, chemicals, and fake sugars can mess with your keto too.
I recommend water. Add some lemon or lime to spice it up! Also tea and coffee is good.
If you need something unique, look at your local store for “Celsius” and find one with a black top. It is a fizzy drink that tastes like soda. They have a 0-2g carb “cola” that tastes like Dr Pepper, they have a 0 carb kiwi guava, etc.
And if you need your water flavored, I recommend Crystal Light juice mix.

No sugar thing includes anything you ingest... mio water.. Gatorade zero.. sugar free soft drinks.. unsweet tea.. water is the best for you
