15 week pressure

So I’m 15 weeks and 1 day and I’m wondering if it’s normal to have pressure in my lower abdomen? It’s not painful but it’s uncomfortable. And it goes away after I massage it for a few minutes. And it comes and goes at random times. Could it be the baby?
