Hi everyone! This is my first time posting so sorry in advance for the long post.

This past summer I had an ectopic pregnancy. I was told I was miscarrying until one night I ended up in the ER in severe pain. That’s when they discovered I was having and ectopic and I was about maybe 5-7weeks (We never really got that far to determine) and I was at high risk of my tube rupturing. After the ectopic pregnancy, I went back to my fertility dr and told him I was still having some discomfort. He diagnosed me with Endometriosis and did surgery. Turns out I had stage 3 Endometriosis, fibroids and scar tissue blocking my tubes from being open which likely caused my ectopic. I never had bad periods before or any other symptoms except discomfort sometimes during sex.

My husband and I have been TTC for a second baby for a while now. We had no issues conceiving our first or getting pregnant the second time. Now we’ve been trying for 3 months and hoping we won’t have to go down the road of fertility treatments.

This is all very new to me and so I’m hoping for some advice about TTC with Endometriosis. Also, has anyone ever discovered that maybe they ovulated differently than most women bc of endometriosis? TIA for any feedback! 😊
