I have Kyleena and have had it for a little under a year and a half (inserted Sept 2017), and have been having random pain every so often. It feels like it’s getting more frequent, but I would imagine it’s around ovulation and around when I get my period (or am supposed to, I just posted a few weeks back that my period seems to have stopped). I’ve been having what feels like a stabbing pain on the left side, never the right, just the left, and it’s always in the exact same spot.

Is this an ovarian cyst? Do they go away? This has been happening for almost a year (maybe longer, I don’t remember how early it started). Is there anything I can do about this other than having the IUD removed? My wedding is in 4 months and I really can’t get pregnant before then, as I want to fit in my dress and enjoy the open bar!

Any advice is appreciated!
