Bleeding

Hi there!

I had our second son on December 11, by c-section. i am still bleeding! Is this normal? Sometimes I won’t bleed for 2-3 days and it restarts. It was light red, then brown and recently it was a dark red/clotting. Then in one point in time it got a mucus/slimy red. I emailed my dr and he said the dark red was an indication it was almost over. Well... it’s not. Any moms experience this?
