Back labor???

Question

I have had lower back pain going on 15ish hours straight I have taken Tylenol as directed. Took a bath and use a heating pad on low. And my back is still in a lot of pain.  What do I do.  How long should I wait before getting seen
I’m 28 weeks 4 days

When I had back labor it wrapped to the front as well like a contraction. It was like every contraction my entire body was squeezing rather than just my front. 
If you are in that much pain, I would go in though. Maybe you have a disk that is out of place or something.

Did you try keeping your legs elivated, also while you sleep?

I had the exact same thing at the exact same week. Just turned out to be pregnancy discomfort.
