Desperately need help.

We live in a tropical weather country where most of the day is humid (like 85-95%) sometimes with rain & sometimes without & a feels like temp of 35-39deg .

Issue is I am unsure how to dress up my 9m old who is now under the weather especially in a room where the Aircon is ON at night & is around 23-25 deg Cool mode .

Extremes in & out.

Unable to switch off the aircon as it’s very humid but tjr chillness of the Aircon clearly affects his sleep as well .

What should be his clothing & Aircon setting ?
