Hormonal acne

Hey yall. Growing up I got put on birth control at 13 for my horrible period cramps and heavy bleeding so I never really had to deal with acne. I was bounced around on 5 different birth control medications which either caused horrible migraines, intense bleeding etc so I had to get off of them.

Now that I'm in my 20s and no longer on birth control my acne is back and horrible. I've tried a few things that have worked but if I wash my face everyday I break out more than when I dont.

I am really at a last resort as I have tried sooo many things.

Any advice is appreciated 😊
