Clogged milk duct 🤢
This is the second time I get a clogged milk duct & I just want to ask moms who have had and gone through it, what did you do to unclog your breast? My biggest fear is getting it infected. Also, if a thick piece comes out does that mean it’s no longer clogged? TY IN ADVANCE! :)
